Amri Hospitals — worst services disown responsibility

Patient i'd am10088267 bed no 1424 appointment for pet ct scan 12noon 22/01/19.. Patient from ward shifted to pet ct room around 12-15am scan completed around 3:00 pm. Repeated request for shifting to ward was made by me because patient is in fasting since morning but nobody listened till 4:28pm. Rather they denied their responsibility of shifting to ward. The undersigned immediately lodged complaint at helpdesk seeing kind of services rendered by the institute. Please improve services to critical patient and own responsibility.
