Behind district shopping center (Sco 26, 27, 28, 29, 39, 31, 32) ranjit avenue b block, owners are dumping waste water and waste material for last one year. There are animals dying and fear of disease spreading. Nobody is doing anything for one year. Please do something immediately. I have contacted swachh bharat and they contacted municipal corporation but mc says it is the duty of amritsar improvement trust.
