On 13 november 2017 my mobile phone - vivo y66 got damaged accidently. Its screen got broken. My mobile imei no. Is [protected]. My phone is insured by your company amtrust mobile solutions pvt ltd. It is under accidental claim. My certificate no. Is [protected]. I have been attaching the photo of my broken phone and some photos of my bill and your company handout.
Please kindly repair my phone...

My claim are rejected without any problem .time period are not given on insurance paper but company holders are not take any action on my claim
