My phone was theft from thane station, and same day i have logged nc to thane railway police station, after that i have update to amtrust cc number regarding thefting of my mobile and they register complain for claim of mobile theft, after that they send me some document we have submitted all given documents, they say fir is missing but the police inspector vasnat rao saying in this case fir is not required so he talk with cc agent shahien and inspector said directly they will not give fir copy,
We have submitting nc copy, police investigation prof and alsn share one document share by amtrust with police stamp and signature in it.

Request your help in this case with appropriate action i dont want to lose my mobile as the amount is very high.
