Amtrust Mobile Solutions — No response to the claim

Dear team,
My mobile handset of Gionee P5W has gone through a small accident. So to get it restored i filed my claim for the insurance that i took while the purchase of the handset from The mobilestore, Guwahati, Assam. The accident took place on 31st march 2017 at my home. I gave a call to the toll free no. provided my the Mobilestore- [protected]. The executive told me to send some required documents and filed the claim form for me. Later i received a mail mentioning the list of documents i need to send on email and by post. I did the above. It was more than 2 days that i did not get any reply. So i decided to mail my complaint at [protected]@amtrustmobilesolutions.in .But after the complaint i received a mail the wrote that the mailbox is full, cannot accept mail, try again later. I did another try but still the same responce.
