[Resolved] Amtrust Mobile Solutions — taking too much time for phone delivery | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I had bought samsung galaxy s9+ phone from reliance digital an month ago and had bought an insurance for it worth rs.10, 000. After 15 days the phone got damaged by an accident. I registered the complaint and got a claim for it, but i got documents of different person so i contacted reliance digital again. After 6 days i got correct documents and i submitted everything online. Then after three days of giving the documents the person came to pickup my phone. And told me that it would take about 8 days for phone to come back, but now its been 11 days the phone has been taken. It is my kind request to you to solve this problem. Jun 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Jun 05, 2018 Updated by Pranav Kamble No wits been 16 days of pickup of my mobile phone and still it has not been delivered. The policies say that the whole procedure from pickup to delivery will take 16 days max. But when I called the Customer Care they told that to update the status on internet it would take 1 day and then the delivery takes time.1) I purchased the mobile phone at 30 March 2018. 2) I registered for the Insurance at 18 April 2018 and got a Email regarding it. 3) The phone was picked up on 16 May 2018 4) Today its 5 June and still I have not got the phone and when enquired about it they say it would take few more days for delivery The whole procedure from registering claim till today its been 46 days This company Reliance Digital and Amtrust mobile Solutions are totally fraud. And if I don't get my Mobile within 2 days I would file a case in consumer court and it would not be good for the company  | |||||
