[Resolved] Amul / Gcmmf — amul masti - curd

We purchased a 400g of packed amul masti curd on 24th aug 2017 from dairy shop in vasai west. However, on cutting open the pack for use the next day, 25th aug - we found the greenish-black fungus on the curd surface, unsafe for consumption. We have photo evidences of the curd seen along with the details on date of packaging, batch no etc. We have returned the carton to be returned to amul for resolution. Apr 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Amul did NOT take any steps. I was provided refund. AMUL needs to be informed of the quality issues with their products Amul / GCMMF customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
