[Resolved] Amul / Gcmmf — amul milk quality issue and customer care not responding well
Today we observed that bought amul milk has split or we can say in other words it becomes curd or what we say in gujarati "dudh fat jaana".
We buy amul milk daily from one of its retailer:
Shop name - shri ambika dhanlakshmi shop, hirawadi road, thakkarbapanagar, ahmedabad-382350
We talked to that retail shop person. Also we complained to him that since three four days the color of the milk layer when we heat it, is yellow. This is an unusual observation. We told him to escalate this to amul.
So i am also escalating matters to the amul authorities to check the reason for the milk split and provide necessary justification and investigation to this matter.
Today i called amul customer care [protected].
Customer care executive does not know how to talk with customers. I know amul is a brand but that does not mean customer care executives will disconnect calls without completing talks or without providing solutions. It seems amul is not interested in listening to listen customer voice.

Marketing representative called me and took details for the issue. Then local dealer contacted me and asked to collect replacement milk pouches.
