Amul / Gcmmf — Shrikhand quality issue and second expired stock sent via amul executive

Hi Team,

I have purchased Shrikhand from Amul parlour, memnagar garden, memnagar.

I faced similar problem couple of weeks ago even buy from reliance mart, yesh airan, opposite, swami Vivekananda circle. Even purchase latest date manufacturer date then also faced same issue.

Please find the attached pics along with manufacturer date.

Highly very disappointed to not maintain quality up to mark due to temperature not adequate maintain hence water is base n top high layer of Shrikhand which is not acceptable.

As Festival season how to serve Guest as it will impression matters a lot for Amul as well as us as cheap quality.

After multiple follow up and serious note I get Shrikhand new pack and its expired as 6month over.

Very pathetic service and experience with Amul never trust.

plz give me compensation for such bad experience and quality issue.

How you guys can sell expired stock to customer even after compliant.

Such cases never be ignored.

I will raise voice to Nation dairy development board for such incidents.
