[Resolved]  Amway India — denying replacement of faulty car air purifier

I have purchased a car air purifier from Amway India on 30th Jan 2019 paying Rs 24, 999.30. With 1 to 2 hour usage per week, it stopped working suddenly on 1st week of May 2019. I have submitted the product at Amway ADC in 80 feet Road Bangalore on 30th May 2019. Sent multiple emails to know the status, came to know their servicing engineers don't know what is the problem. It's alreay 10 days and company is not at all replying for my request to replace the product. Kindly help me to get the product replaced as it is under warrenty and without proper testing they have sold me a faulty product.
