Amway India — product did not get delivered but it is showing that it has been delivered

I ordered a product from amway on 29 december 2019. The order number was[protected]. It was supposed to be despatched with professional couriers in vikas nagar dehradun it's awb number was pf[protected]. Now the order is showing that it has been delivered but i haven't received no order and it has not been delivered to me. I did not receive any call regarding the order.

It has already taken so much time and i want my order to be delivered on the right on the right address on which i mentioned।
