I ordered first time. Worst experience. No update of order status or shipment. Customer care executives or robots with fed in system. They ask more and more never telling.

Where is my order. At other end robot is nagging. I have clinch my hair... The company will help them grow again? What is most nagging and rediculous that the customer care people's inability to provide any answer. I asked why do they ask each time for confirmatio. What are the securiy reasons? Alas!
