I am a Amway preferred customer. I bought glucosamine on August month and I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it before 30 days in an amway store in Chennai.They got the product from me and told that I would be refunded in 3 to 7 days.I got notification that the refund of Rs.2516 is in process. But now its November still I didn't got the refund. In this period I have called customer care 3 times and gone to tge store several times.
