Amway — refund the deducted money

I have ordering amway product i. E "persona soap" online and money was debited some amount of rs 178 from my uco bank account at 3.12.17 but order has been cancel due to internet problem. I had complaining near my amway office they say amount should be refunded shortly but the amount not be refunded. I want to refund my debited amount so what can i do now.
