Purchased ic vision cctv dome camera. This particular purchasing was done on line after viewing the details and lots of praise and positive points especially that we can see the happening live on android phone. I received it today and called the customer care for the procedure to install on mobile. To my disappointment and shock i was told that u can't see it live. U can view only recorded one.in that case this camera is of no use to me. Please arrange return pick up and refund the amount charged.
