[Resolved] Anand India — nano fan air conditioner cooler | |||||
I have ordered nano fan air conditioner cooler from anand india on 21 june 2017 having order id[protected] through their online portal. Which when i checked at home was defective and non working. I raised a request for return of this defective product and then i came to know that i have to return the product on my own expenses and along with that they will deduct 25% amount in case of return money and otherwise i want to purchase any other item from there website, which i don't want to purchase again. After long arguments and saying that i can go legal against their company they agreed on 100% payment return but still the defective product return is my duty on there warehouse address. I did the same and return their defective product to the given address now again it's been more than 2 week we did not receive any acknowledgement from the company whether they received the product or not. When we called them today for the same they are asking the tracking id from us which i don't know why they can't directly check with their warehouse people. Also, for imps / neft transaction to return our money they required 15 days which again doesn't make any sense. I need information that is there any way i can go legally against this fraud e-commerce organization and their fraud hidden policies, which can save other innocent customers to trap in this fraud e-commerce organization. I shall go and complain in consumer court they will have to take the product and give 100%refund with shipping charges.. They cannot create such nuisance in the name of online selling... Either they guve me full refund or get ready to face the consequences...
