Return correct 2 times return amount is credit but today is my account amount is debit i will inform to branch manager but branch manager is extra amount your account is credit amount

On 14th Oct 2019 at around 7pm tried withdrawal of 1500rs amount in SBI ATM(kamalapura branch, hospet(tq).) didnt come out of ATM but got SMS stating amount of 1500rs is debited from you amount. What the hell happening here..! I want my money back.!
