I transfer amount 1800 RS throw Andhra bank net banking but transfer get failed & amount has been debited from my account.

then i transfer amount from debit card 1800 RS its successfully transferred money & debited from my account
Transaction ID - S90807031

when i check with online shopping company they said me one transaction get failed .

I am not in India now to visit branch.

Please sir help me to back my money
