Andhra Bank — amount debited inspire of declined transaction

I had made a purchase through andhra bank debit card on 3/019. The transaction was declined twice but amount got debited. I had reported about this to the branch but till now i have not received any kind of intimation or update. I tried calling customer service of andhra bank which is not working. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I need the amount to be credited back to my account at the earliest with out delay

Till now I have not received any response from the bank. Kindly look into the matter. The branch manager has not responded to my email

What is the status of the above complaint? Till now my amount is not credited back to my account. I have not received any response from Andhra bank.

Dear Andhra Bank,
I have tried to withdraw amount of 10000 twice, And it was declined both the times and amount of 20000 got debited on total. After some time, I received sms saying that amount is reversed. But I have received amount of 10000 only.
