[Resolved] Andhra Bank — amount deducted from my andhra bank account but not received through atm | |||
Hi i am johnny mohan my andhra bank account no is [protected] branch sector 10 dwarka new delhi on 28th of june 2019 i have transferred rs.5000 through my paytm to my andhra bank account but when i went to axis bank atm at dindarpur goyala road but it shows not able to disperse cash and then i went punjab & sind bank atm but it shows your atm card has been blocked contact your branch and then i went to punjab national bank it shows no fund available but after this all trouble my account was deducted from rs.4500 but i have not received any money from any atm so please do the needful to keep faith on andhra bank as always. Jul 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi it took almost 7 days but my debited 4500 rs.successfully transferred back in my Andhra bank account I have also mauled to costumer service regarding my matter and they replied me to transfer my issue to higher authorities and after 2 days it get resolved Andhra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
