Andhra Bank — atm transaction problem | |
8th of august 2019, 10.50- 11.00 am. I went to sbi atm for withdrawal with andhra bank debit card, the money got deducted from my account but the atm machine got switched off without giving the cash. The atm gaurd told to ask the atm issues bank and i did the same thing what he told. But still didn't get my money back. What i should do now, when i'll get my money back? I was transcat my money 2400rs to another account but it was failed then money was not refunded so please suggest to this conversation

Hi yesterday at 8.46 PM I was withdrawing money from an ATM at Velachery Chennai. First transaction was completed of 10000 but next one I tried for 3000.. I got a slip written Transaction Declined but money deducted fro my bank account. My bank name ICICI. Please help me. Please find the attached slip that I have received after the transaction.
