Andhra Bank — cash deducted but not dispensed

Hi, Iam an Andhra bank user. I have tried to withdraw money from Axis bank Atm in old hafeezpet, Hyderabad. Actually my home branch is Prakash Nagar, Rajahmundry. That atm I went consists of two machines. At first I tried withdraw from one machine and it showed money couldn't be dispensed minimum should be 500.So I tried to withdraw Rs. 500 and still I didn't receive cash. After that I tried in second machine Rs. 500 then I got a message saying that cash deducted. And again still I didn't any cash. Total money they deducted from my account was Rs.1000.It was happened on 22July2019 I. e. Monday.I hope you resolve this as soon as possible. Iam in so needy of cash.
