[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — cash deducted but not received from atm

I am sammi reddy, andra bank account holder with account no. [protected], huzurabad branch, mobile no. [protected].

On 24/07/2017 i wanted to draw 1000 cash from hdfc bank atm located at thilaknagar, nallakunta, hyderabad. It says unable to process the request but the cash got deducted and didn't credited till now, please solve my query as soon as possible.

Updated by Anjicacma Actually I had transacted at 2 other ATMs also, I don't know wherever the amount was deducted, but in that ATMs also it was showed as unable to process your request, but the amount got deducted.

We had purchased 4 Sov. Gold Bonds through Andhra Bank Uttam Nagar New Delhi Branch. Bank did not give us the interest from the date of debit amount in the Accounts to the Issue date of Gold Bonds. Other Banks like Punjab & sind bank, Syn. Bank etc. giving the same. R.K.Agrawal Ph. [protected].
