Andhra Bank — cash not received after atm transaction but amount debited from account

Hello,
I tried to withdraw 1100 from an axis bank atm today but didn't receive the cash. However, the amount was debited from the account. Thought it was an issue with the machine and tired again to withdraw 1000rs. The same thing happened again and the amount didn't withdraw. Again the 1000rs was debited from the account. Transaction id is txn# s[protected] for 1100rs. Didn't get the transaction number for 1000rs but received emails for both of them. Kindly resolve this asap
