[Resolved] Andhra Bank — cdm deposit machine error on transfer money while deposit dated 05/03/2018 regarding

On 5th of March 2018 around 9.30 am I have deposited an amount of Rs. 52150/- through Andhra Bank CDM machine at Nidadavole Branch, which has to be transfered to account at Chebrol, w.g. district, A.P. for Savings Banking account no [protected] in the name of Pasivedala Srinivas. In this matter we have complined to bank branch manger in written. But not responded in responsible way. As such we are looking for stringent action against this matter, on receipt of this compliant. Further, we are looking forward to your reply from your side for our next step. Our contact No. is Srinivas Rao, Nidadavole : [protected]. This mail was sent after 10 days of our struggle, with branch and customer care. It is prayed before you.
