[Resolved] Andhra Bank — claim not passing | |
I have arogyadaan insurance policy for my father and i for which i have to deal with good health tpa. I have extremely bad experience working with them. My claim # 193978 is still pending and they are asking the same documents again and again even after submitting them 3 months back. They say they are sending the documents but i have never received any document from them till date. It looks like harassing customers to delay or getting rid of payable claim amount is their preferred way. Was this information helpful? | |
