I have done a transaction in SBI ATM at Bommanahalli, bangalore branch using my Andhra bank card. Amount is 1500. The request failed and i have not received money from ATM but money got deducted from Andhra bank account. Reference No:[protected] Txn No: 8194 Date: 03/16/17 11:11 ATMID: S1BW[protected]. As i payed my current bill in[protected] but transaction was failed and i complained to gateway of current bill but they didn't get any information about this so again i payed my current bill in 15-03-17 it was successful and[protected] money deducted from acount and till now not refunded so please kindly check
