[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Deduction of money from account after failure of withdrawal transactions | |
Sir, I am Dr.jayanth kumar savings account([protected]) holder o[censored]r respected bank from years.yesterday[protected] I went to withdraw amount from HDFC ATM but I got a slip showing(055)invalid tran or account for 2times.after that I went to SBI ATM beside hdfc ATM located in mangadu area, chennai for withdrawal then and after the SBI ATM bank also did the same thing to me showing that we can't dispense the amount and transaction failed. After some time I received phone messages that withdrawal of 1800(400+400+500+500 in individual transactions messages) was done from ur account.my money 1800 rupees got deducted from main balance. I would like u yo look into it and encash debit 1800 rupees which got deducted from my account yesterday[protected]which I didn't receive. Hdfc and SBI bank ATM's mangadu, chennai at the earliest.
