Andhra Bank — fraud from atm

Sir 10500 withdrawn from my wife’s a/c through atm and atm is in my pocket and money is withdrawn from Chhindwara and we r living in Dewas and bank is doing nothing since three months pls do something I have done all the legal thing report to police also but nothing is happend bank manager also accepted there mistakes but they r not giving my money back
