[Resolved] Andhra Bank — net banking applications & rbi rules regarding net banking of andhra bank | |
This is n. Bhanumurty have an account, in west gonagudem branch, korukonda-533289, bearing a/c no: [protected] (Customer id:[protected]scheme code: aspgp). My complaint /requirement is as follows I asked two months back for net banking application-they replied that it is out of stock it will be available within short period. On 11.9.2017 i asked the same they stated same story. How the br manager is checking/inspecting the the stationery of the andhra bank? To get net banking activity of andhra bank, i got an application in net /video center opp to the branch on payment of sum amount. I filled all matters in that application and push up application for mobile activation along with proofs (Pan & aadhar xerox copies enclosed). On taking those papers, they stated that i will take 2 1/2 days to activate net banking. On 14.9.2017 i went to bank they stated that i will take another day. I questioned why so much delay, they replied that "we are not concerned about the same. It is the rules of rbi". Therefore based on the reply of the concern person "i want the rule of rbi regarding same" send the same to my mail id -"[protected]@gmail.com". If the authority state that it is not possible - if you want the same you have to follow rti act for the same" then i will follow the same.
