Pelase try to solve its n emergency of my account i need my mobey back. It happens two times t the same time. I withdrew but money not came frm atm and deducted frm my account

Yesterday (4th Dec 2019) I sent 4600 rupees to my friend from my Andhra bank account using phonepe. Money was debited from my bank account but the money was not credited to my friend's bank account. Can you please check what happened to my money and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Thanks..
