Andhra Bank — i was not informed of policy tpa being changed and is not renewed and i am being harassed | |||
Respected sir This is to inform you that i have a health insurance policy under united india health insurance company through andhra bank kolkata branch munshibazar. My policy no is [protected]p[protected] Without any information my premium was increased and so they did not deduct any amount from my account. I also received a letter on 20th of august since then i am running for this matter. I don't recieve any messages or call regarding any changes. I was then asked to keep the balance then it will be deducted from my account as told by the bank. But that also did not happen. Now the bank says that they cannot help me in this matter so i was told to visit the united india insurance office gariahat branch. When i went there they saw the whole thing and said we don't know anything about it so you should visit park street regional office o[censored]nited india insurance company. I also visited there but till now i have not been able to renew my policy. When i am calling no one is bothered to see my issue. Please help me out. Anticipating a positive response.
