Andhra Bank — iam complaining about the transaction which debited but not paid to the respective merchant

Sir i have done transaction from google pay by upi transaction to a merchant slice pay on 3rd of march of amount of 1026 but it's actually debited from my account but it's not received to merchant they have said
So once track my payment on 3 rd of march
But when i done transaction to same merchant on 13 th march of 1192
Have received they said
So please
Resolve my issues
And my account no is [protected]
