[Resolved] Andhra Bank — I'm complaining about chip based debit card

I'm receiving messages from andhra bank while I perform transaction, that is "Dear Customer, Pls replace ur existing Debit card by CHIP based card with enhanced security features, free of cost, by visiting your branch - Andhra Bank" regarding this I visited bank today and asked same, they told me that there is no free card, it's chargeable around 225/- rupees,
