Andhra Bank — internet banking issue

Hello,

I have an account in andhra bank. I registered for net banking. And i am able to login with my customer id (User id) and password. But i am unable to view or do anything there related to transaction even after successful login. Its never happened with any other bank. I contacted my branch they are doing very best services and they tried 5 times for activate request but problem has been not resolved.

[resolved] andhra bank — andhra bank [100205] the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime

Also i have requested for update my registered mobile number but still not updated.

I have already written to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in 4 days ago. But they are not responding.

Therefore, request to kindly resolve this issue so that i can use
Net banking easily. I am sending you the screenshot of error message which is displaying in my dashboard.
