[Resolved] Andhra Bank — issue with renewal of health insurance

I have opened arogyadaan policy in 2017 and my policy number is
"[protected]p[protected]". Also this has been attached to my andhra bank.
But in 2018 the amount was no deducted and also there is no intimation
Or any information about whether my policy got renewed or not.
Could you please help me on this please.
