[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Money debited from my personal account

Address:Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, 522124

Hi,

I had performed one recharge through (Mobile recharge) on 17/04/2017 by using atm card. On that day due to time lagging the recharge is not successfu while entering otp but money is debited from my account.

I contacted the support recharge site (Mobilerecharge.com) they replied the transaction is failed, the bank will refund the amount.

Below are the details for that transaction.

I have attempted to withdraw on[protected] from Andhra Bank ATM, West Maredpally Rs 10000, declined & slip with response code 093 has come but the amount is debited from my Sb account no. [protected], my Debit card no.[protected]. Pl. arrangecredit Rs 10000 in my ab account immediately.
