E 5/10/2019 at vijayawada sbi atm machine, money was deducted from the account but i did not received any money, my account details, account no: [protected] and ifsc code: andb0000200, name: kolli divya rani and contact details : [protected], please help and refund my money

Every time Andra bank server didn't respond in my account..bank account is not added to my number..what I should do..

One of our bank staf[censored]sing unrespectable language with me an my child. Even Branch manager giving instructions.. he is not able to do his duties and giving good manners to me and customers. He orders me to go with manager and do your business.. dont stay infront of me.
