Andhra Bank — Money didn't credited after an upi payment

Sir, I have sent Rs.13050/- from my paytm bank account to an Andhra bank account upi with RRN:[protected]. Money got debited from my paytm bank account and sent to Andhra bank but it was not credited in Andhra bank account.
