Andhra Bank — money not refunded to my account

I have made a fee payment through card online. The money was deducted from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. So i waited for the refund but still i didn't got my money rs.1100/- back. Its the second time i'm facing such issue. Generally the failed transaction amounts get refunded within few days and maximum in a week. But here im still waiting for the refund.
