Andhra Bank — money withdraw

I was trying to withdraw 1000/- from punjab national bank.. Davangere.. Infront of bapuji dental college.. Money didn't come but the amount has been deducted.. Kindly notice. I went to that particular bank pnb but they didn't do anything. How do i get my money back. What is the procedure.in how many days i can get the money. Kindly do the needful help. Thank you!
