I am a. Rama krishna having account in andhra bank i make a transaction on 15-dec-2017 to pay property tax through my net banking amount was debited from account not pay property tax receipt not generated (Transaction failure) and same day raise a complaint to customer care till date no status updates please tell me my complaint status
