[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — not able to log in to internet banking

Hi i am a customer of your bank chandni chowk branch. I have availed internet banking facility but i am not able to log in because whenever i try to log in i get the error message as below:

You have 1 error and 1 information messages[userfg0011] [100205] the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime..
