[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Not received refund | |||
I have shopped online and returned the order. Amazon says they have refunded the amount to card after i have returned it. I have contacted both amazon and bank customer care. Amazon says its already been processed and has been transferred to the account. Andhra bank says that amazon hasnt refunded or precessed the amount to bank, call amazon to confirm. Amount debited from my Andhra bank account and merchant also not received the amount. complaint also raised to customer care. 3 days already crossed. what is the process to resolve this issue. kindly suggest how to proceed further to resolve this issue.
