Respected Sir, i am PVRK Prasad, having an account in andhra bank, Srinivasam Branch, Tirupati since 2010, I amn't receiving One Time Password to my register mobile to Reset internet banking password. I am already spoken with Andhra Bank customer care number, still I am unable to get response from them. I am receiving messages bank whenever cash deposited/withdrawal. But I amn't receiving One Time Password to my register Mobile number.
