Hello, i ordered WD MY BOOK 4TG EXTERNAL HARD DISK in Flip kart by using Andhra bank debit card and while doing online payment i got error but amount 12, 0000/- got debited and not received to Flipkart and not refunded to me also

its been one month please rectify the problem and i gave complaint last mont but i haven't received any call and please refund back
