Andhra Bank — online transaction failure

Today i.e., on 12th july 2018. I have made an attempt of online RUPAY Debit card transaction to hdfc account of rupees 26, 861/- unfortunately money has debited from my account but transaction was not fulfilled. Kindly refund my amount ASAP. Because i need to pay the loan in HDFC. Here im providing my account details.
