I regret to inform you that andra bank customer services are very bad. My account number is [protected] On the date of feb 22 - 2017 i gone to a andra bank atm to transfer 1800 to another andhra bank debit card. I gave all details and it has shown successfully transferred but amount didn't go to that card.in my status money was debited, from that day on wards i keeps on calling to customer services, they are not responding properly and saying my status is not updating. On the date of feb 14- 2017 i paid my purchase bill though my debit card. In my account Rs. 9, 999 was debited. But the same time the dealer of purchaser account not credited. I have already complaint through my account maintained bank.. Till today i have not received / credited the same amount to my account. The amount Rs. 9, 999 is not a small one to my financial position. Please take necessary action and credit the same to my account immediately. My mail i.d is vijayasai.[protected]@gmail.com
