Andhra Bank — Pos Tran Amount deducted by IRCTC Refund not received

Updated by Ravidas S Gone While flight booking through IRCTC which has marchant bank ICICI, from my Andhra bank debit card no [protected], on dt 06/04/2017 the Amount of Rs 14459 was deducted on POS transaction after OPT number generated but Ticket was not booked . I have given complaint through my Andhra steel plant Branch( 0955) but till a date the Amount not refunded to my SB account .PL solve the issue and get me my refund as for me this is the big amount.
