Andhra Bank — POS Transaction failed but amount debited and still not reverted after 10 days | |||||
On 18.4.2017 i made pos transaction of 3073 rupees but transaction failed so i have to again make the payment.. But later i noticed that the amount was debited from my a/c for failed transaction too.. So i submitted application in my branch and here also but no response from andar bank... They told me that it will take 7 days to revert the amount but it has been 10 days today but no response from andhra bank really pathetic service... Plese revert my amount or i will have file case against ur bank in consumer court unwillingly... I am losing my trust in andhra bank... I want my wrongly debited amount of rs.3073 asap.. I swiped the card but the amount has debited but in shop its not credited so kindly solve my problem mrs. vennu lalitha reddy
